Our questions were answered clearly. They also installed our main floor gas fireplace along with a Potbelly gas heater in the basement. When the house was plumbed for natural gas they stubbed a pipe into the garage just in case. When we were almost ready to move in I asked them to install a ceiling mounted heater in the garage. When they were almost finished with the heater, I commented on the black pipe that was running up the white garage wall. Knowing that was the type of pipe that had to be used for gas I didn't say anything else. After they returned from lunch I went back into the garage for something a found out that they had painted the pipe white to match the wall.

I called 911 and they transferred me to the highway patrol. Within a short time a motorcycle officer arrived but did not have any equipment. He called for an incident management unit. He stayed for a while and then had to leave. Soon a highway patrol car arrived and tried to get the wheel off but it was not budging. The incident management truck arrived and they had a large hammer. The wheel still was not coming off. One of the patrolman had the idea to turn the wheel sharply so it could be struck from the backside and the wheel finally came off. I got the wheel changed. The incident management guys topped off the air in my spare and I was able to get back on the road again. The highway patrol officers and the incident management guys were awesome! In both cases, they arrived quickly and were professional and efficient and did an excellent job both times. We also called them to look at our a/c compressor. It is old and we feared the worst! But they replaced a part and instead of a $5,000 repair, it cost us $150! So also very honest! I highly recommend them!
