Very good. Tech immediately diagnosed problem as a failed igniter, and informed me that it was a $500 part. Total repair bill was $667 to install a $40 part that took no more than 10 minutes to install. I have since found out that the igniter only costs $40, not $500! I talked with the owner and he first tried to justify the 10X markup by saying it is to defray the admin costs at his facility. Must be very inefficient if they have that large of admin costs. Then he stated that this is the standard charge by most reputable organizations. I contacted a few other reputable HVAC organizations to confirm and found that they would charge about $350 for this repair, not the $667 that I paid. The people at Countryside were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with but beware of the "price gouging" that they do. I paid $667.00 for a repair that costs only $350.00 at other HVAC service companies.

I used Matt's pick up and delivery option this round and it was so convenient! While the mower was being serviced, my lawn decided to grow the thickest it has grown all summer so, my mower had its work cut out for it when Matt dropped it off. I got a full tune up and carburetor clean and blade replacement from Matt. Once I turned the ignition on, I instantly felt the difference in quality that my riding mower now had compared to before it was serviced. Smoother cutting, less vibration and quicker start up. I'm truly amazed at Matt's craftsmanship and I will be taking my equipment to him as long as he's in business!
