Not only does their phone service drop calls, after 5x times they finally answered, but they are…read morenot knowledgable enough to figure proper addresses out, its the seasonal workers. I live in a house that has multiple rooms, all packages regardless get left at the door. Yet they insist on me putting my room number, and have returned packages due to that. What a waste of service and time just because some ignoramus doesnt think, i have filed a complaint. They resolved the issue but what a headache!
