My son passed away in January, & they gave us a deal of everything at cost, & wrote off some of the charges as they are friends of my husband. I paid the amount I was given in the invoice, my son was buried, & the headstone was ordered. They just recently went back on their offer, & sent me a new invoice, now charging me for the things they originally stated I wouldn't need to pay. I have copies of both invoices. 7 months after the fact, I'm told if I don't pay an additional $500+, my sons headstone will never be put in. I have the 2 different invoices i was given. The original, then the one made out in anger & not correct. I've already tried reaching out to him & he was hostile, used profanity, & insulted me repeatedly in the 33 texts I received from him, & numerous phone calls from him, beginning around 6 a.m. (& one voicemail, also nasty & condescending). My deceased son's ex ended up paying the $500+ just for closure. The headstone was recently placed, & even though I'm the one who placed the order, I wasn't even given the courtesy of a message to notify me it was done. So incredibly messed up & wrong.

Tim handled the transfer from another funeral home with professionalism and no complaints, even though I know this was an uncomfortable and not an easy task! Tim never rushed us in our decisions.
