My packages sit here for days before being forwarded to Scottsbluff, if they don't send my package back to Omaha like they've done several times. You can't get through to anybody on the phone. Yet the post office keeps raising prices for horrible service. The Pony Express could deliver my packages faster than these guys. They simply don't care about their customers, and they get away with this terrible service too. This is the only job I know of where you don't have to do your job right and still get paid. I have had medical supplies sitting at this post office for 4 days that I need and they still have not shipped them out to Scottsbluff where Iive. I have tried calling today in total 10 times and pressed different buttons for different departments more than once and no one answers the phone!!!! I know this time of year things get busy but this is insane! Send out my supplies!!!! read more

Management at USPS North Platte have no idea on what they are doing they are like lost puppy dogs and excessively mean to there employees. I wouldn't work out there tell something gets done. They need to fire them are get new management that is more fit for the job. read more
