Upon arriving to pick up one parcel was obviously empty but showed received at proper weight and size 16lbs. The owner 'Matt' had received the item in good condition and voided any shipping insurance. unfortunately he skirted around the issue and will know longer respond to my inquiries. Parcel was valued at 600.00 U.S. Just want to warn customers that this business will not take any responsibility for items going missing that they have received in good condition. Enjoy my sign, you'll never see my business again.

This is how they treat their customers. MSO was completely inconsiderate when a number of people had arrived to pick up packages and the old farts here couldn't be bothered to let anyone know they were going to be closed. Why would I give a great review based on that? I have a right to be upset. Bottom line: I have nothing fucking good to say about this fucking place.

    We have been a customer for over 6 years. In 2021 DYK brought over 52 packages from Montana to…read moreCanada without our request. They improperly shipped them across the border without true customs declarations to the Canada Border Services. Whether knowingly or without due diligence, both are unacceptable not just to clients, but also to legislation. They then stuck us with a bill of $1764.30 which we refused to pay since we never instructed them to bring these packages over the border. We continued to do business with them as they came to our warehouse every day to transport our e-commerce business packages from Edmonton to Sweet Grass. I thought the owner realized his mistake and dismissed this invoice as we were a committed weekly customer giving them business. In Aug 2023 the company threatened us with collections for this unauthorized work from 2021. Aug 25-Aug 29th 2023,they actively came to our warehouse to collect packages. We noticed after a few days the packages were not moving and we found out without any formal professional notice they were holding our packages.The fact that your team knew that our account is on hold, and then proceeded to pick up new packages with no mention to our team whatsoever on pick up feels incredibly unprofessional and calculated. I do not believe it to be sound for DYK or any company to pick up more packages for an account on hold.. These packages have a value of over $6929.99 It's now January 1st, 2024 and we still have not received our packages. As a business owner, I'm reluctant to write reviews but in this case, we just want the owner to return our improperly held packages.

The lack of communication is stunning. A succession of emails to get my items moved across the border has been like pulling teeth. There is no help with whatever set of requirements they have. Each email reveals a new goal line to be crossed. IF they bother to answer at all. Further, while other forwarders charge a monthly fee - this one charged me $4 a package FOR STORAGE OF THE ITEMS THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO SHIP. I still don't have my stuff, despite paying for these. I STRONGLY advise people to not work with them. There are many better and more affordable options available.
