After being refused entry to Canada, I had a car full of personal belongings that I had to store at the border. These guys agreed to keep it on a pallet until I could pick it up. I came to find out when I was on my way to pick it up that they had sold it off without any notification to me, 30 days after I left it there. I had NO KNOWLEDGE that they had a 30 day storage policy, and was not told this at the time of drop off. These people sold off my tv, my kitchen aid mixer but those things are replaceable. The sort of things I can't replace like belongings of my family, photos, and heirlooms can never be replaced. I honestly find what these people did to be 100% criminal. They have always been Excellent with my parcels. They will hold parcels for 90 days. After reading the negative post about only being 30 days, I checked into it. It is 90 days Not 30 days, who would leave their stuff for that long anyway. Once I was just under 30 days, like 28 and I thought that was real long. Pick up your things with No problem with At the Border Storage. I had to put Babb zip code in account it did not take my Postal Code.
