When I walked into Northern Montana Storage, was pleased when they had the space I needed to rent…read morewhen I asked. Their price was reasonable as well. However, due to the snow melt and the position of the unit, the belongings that were placed in the unit did get wet and we had water damage. This could have been avoided if Northern Montana Storage would have provided pallets. Instead they provided a statement in the agreement that they weren't responsible for water damage. I had to sign their form to be able to rent. The drainage around the storage units should be improved to prevent this water damage.
