If they can't stuff them in our mailbox they state on tracking "the driveway or front door are not accessible". Our driveway AND front door are always accessible. Our neighbors have a bigger mailbox and the carriers have put our packages AND mail in our neighbors mailbox. My husband and I work Mon-Fri (in Aitkin) during the hours that the post office is open and it is very difficult for us to pick up our packages at the post office. Once again, today we do not get our packages and are told to pick them up. Do your damn job and deliver the mail, which INCLUDES PACKAGES! The worst mail carriers/post office.

The postmaster is based out of this location for Crosby and the surrounding areas. For the past few weeks my mail has not been delivered. When this was brought to the post offices attention they said the mailman is not allowed to step one foot out of his truck if he can't get to the mailbox because of snow. Ok. But even after the snow was cleared away the mail still wouldn't show up and when it did it contained mail from six, SIX other addresses. Informing the Crosby post office and she took notes and said she'd tell the postmaster tomorrow but that we should call as well. Did that and was informed by the clerk without even hearing all the facts that the mailman couldn't get to the mailbox. NO. The road is clear and the snow has melted. Complete disrespect to the customers of this post office.
