There was one associate working. He was helping a customer find the right sized box for her shipment. Meanwhile, the line of customers was getting longer and longer. They sell of course, shipping materials, tape, pens, and stationary. You can also use their printing services, I imagine similar to what Staples offers. Eventually, a lady opened another register. I handed her my package, she scanned it, and handed me the receipt with the tracking number. If they had more associates working particularly during the after work rush, it would be super helpful.

Alas, I discover a lone print shop in downtown Hartford that opens at 8am on Saturdays, going by the name of FedEx Office. "A true godsend," I find myself thinking. So, I bound into the print shop at the break of dawn, print my ticket in a jiffy, and find my way to Union Station, boarding pass in hand. As it turns out, the Greyhound agents COULD have printed out a replacement ticket for me, and thus I was out $0.13. But knowing that there is a back-up option doesn't hurt and was truly worth the $0.13 sacrifice!
