Ever since they took over the mail and package delivery service from EHC, it's been nothing but terrible service. I have issues with package delivery most of the time. My delivery instructions are for back porch. I have reminded them numerous times and I still have my packages sitting on the front door. I have a BIG sign on my front door that states this plus the fact that the steps are broken. Just today I watched the carrier stop, read the sign and still proceed to leave the box on the front door. SERIOUSLY?? Very incompetent to also call them and never get any answer. After 2 days of trying I finally got to speak to someone. They were rude. read more
