I was told by the counter person that the soonest it would get there was Monday 5.4.26 by noon. This was not optimal but I agreed nonetheless. I paid them $60 for this service (seemed high, in fact I checked later with USPS for literally the same service and it was nearly half). So fast forward to Monday 5.4.26 at noon and my package was not delivered. I called PC and spoke with the owner. She said that on her end it indicated that the UPS delivery had a deadline of 11:30PM. That was my first clue that this company was at a minimum deceitful. I had made it crystal clear that this needed to be delivered before noon and the clerk said it would be. So I waited till Tuesday 5.5.26 AM and my package still wasn't delivered. I called PC yet again, this time the owner wouldn't speak with me. The person answering the phone, when confronted with my challenges with their horrible service decided he was overwhelmed and hung up on me. My advice to anyone that needs to get an important doc. delivered on a strict timeline DON'T use Postal Connection in Atwater CA. They clearly don't appreciate the importance of overnight deliveries. And I suggest they don't even know how to perform a simple task like what I needed. Let me reiterate...DON'T use Postal Connection Atwater CA. Look at their Yelp reviews. Obviously I am not the only dissatisfied customer. I wish I had.

To the attention of the Postmaster... First, we don't like…read morethat, sometimes, packages get crammed in our mailbox. One time, I had the worst time wrestling a package out of our box. That hasn't happened for a while now. We hope it never does. Second, we don't like that only packages are brought to our door, but not the rest of our mail. We realize that it's because of time use, to maintain efficiency. Still, it would be nice if everything is brought to our door. Third, it would also be nice if our mailbox was moved to our house. Our health issues make it a challenge to get our mail every day. The traffic situation adds to that challenge. Sometimes, we have to wait a little while. Then, there's the weather. People don't like getting their mail in bad weather. We're no different. Still, it's an efficiency issue with your policy. Fourth, placing policy before people is not a good way to conduct business, as far as we're concerned. You have to answer to those above and try to be fair with everyone. Too much policy might scare people away, but all businesses set policies for themselves and the people they serve. No business and nobody is ever perfect.
