My only problem is that when I first rented my box, I wasn't only receiving my mail, I was also receiving lots of mail from the former renter. I let the person at the counter know and they said they would take care of it. So now we fast-forward to 2023 and I was still receiving the former renter's mail regularly. So this time I spoke with a supervisor and they put a post-it in front of my mailbox inside where they sort the mail. Fast-forward to July 2025. I am now occasionally receiving the former renters mail. Oh Well. 5 stars for front counter customer service.

(and I have tons of packages delivered regularly)! I see her between 2-4 times a week and she is always the same. Kind, helpful, friendly, and PROFESSIONAL! I wish all mail carriers could be like her. There's also a gentleman and young lady that delivers out this way when Rita is off... they are great as well. We are very lucky to have such wonderful mail service and mail carriers! I love our small-town Post Office (Pineville, MO)! When I call the office -they are always helpful and friendly. When there's an issue with a delivery or missing package -they do everything they can to check on the status for me and always call me back to let me know what is going on with that delivery. EVERY Post Office should be run in the fashion this fashion. Must have a great Postmaster to have hired incredible people to service our community! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Just a few years ago it seemed as if they just had a couple of diners and a mexican restaurant. Now you have several fast food chains. A couple of gas stations. Three banks, and houses going up everywhere. The town is pretty quiet and on the weekends after dark It has no nightlife at all. For the most part the locals are kind of friendly. One road going through Gravette has constant traffic of mostly big rigs and people traveling to and from Oklahoma. The mayor is a pretty nice guy and hangs out at a local coffee shop down the block from Main Street, called Grumpy's. There is an elementary, junior high, and high school here that is seriously protected by a very dedicated police department. So if you are ever coming through and looking for something to do, they have a few things like the community pool. A farmer's market every Saturday at 8am at the old Town Park. A park with a large playground , picnic and barbecue grills. Tennis and basketball courts. And lots of games and classes available at Henzie's art studio on main street.

Was greeted by a very friendly man at the counter who was also quick and helpful. The clerk noticed this postcard was from the Daisy Museum in Roger. I love small town folks because I will get their opinions whether I want them or not - but usually they are insightful. Paid $.61 for a dang postcard stamp. I forgot they were that much. Lol. It got to our house a couple days later.

So many issues with this facility! Have been using it for years due to my address. Ordered stamps…read moreon the website. They were delivered to.the wrong address then redelivered to the wrong address again. Filed multiple claims only to be denied even though there was proof of misdelivery. Also, the mail carrier on my street is always on her phone and doesn't like to get out of her vehicle to deliver packages. Instead she jams them into the tiny mail box, breaking it and the items in the packages. My neighbor bought a new mailbox only to have it broken within a week. No respect and deliveries take much longer than necessary due to laziness.
