Chris was extremely patient with all my questions and informative as to cost, how it would function and where he would place the components on my rare bike. Picked it up last night. He gave me a great tutorial and points of caution, like extra weight, longer stopping distance, importance of tire pressure monitoring, etc before I left the shop. They guaranteed me they would have the flyers done by the day of an event that we were attending. The day before the event they stopped communication with me and did not answer me as to whether or not the flyers were done so I could pick them up. The next week after the event had passed they emailed me telling me the flyers were done. So I decided to go with Vistaprint and I am so happy I did. Not only is the design of the flyer better but for the same price I was going to get 200 for from the local company I got 1000 from Vistaprint!
