My review is for both inside and outside post office personnel. My mom was expecting a package and…read morethe tracking said it had been delivered on Friday the 11th. We stopped into the office and had them look it up. The system stated that it was delivered to a lock box. They left a note to the driver but told us that they wouldn't be able to look for it til the next day because the driver was already completed with her route. We headed back home. On the way home, we saw a USPS driver at the mailboxes up the road from my mom's box, so we decided to stop and ask her to see if she could look. Even though it wasn't part of her route, she agreed to help us. She met us at my mom's mailbox and looked through the lockers, she even looked through the neighbors boxes to make sure the key wasn't accidentally placed in the wrong mailbox. It looked like the key is wasn't delivered at all. Luckily, Sandy, our superhero USPS driver, located the box for us. This USPS location went above and beyond for us today. I would give 10 stars for Sandy taking time to help us locate our missing mail!

I put mail in my box to be taken, the carrier delivers more mail but doesn't take mine and doesn't lower the mail box flag. I have had to pay late utility bills because the bill was delivered to my neighbors and they forgot to give it to me. I have been at this location for 30 years and mail delivery keeps getting worse. I have expressed concern the the Post Office, Post Master and carriers but the problems continue. A very sad situation, I am 73 years old and I remember when the US mail service was very serious, dependable, professional agency.

This place has gone down hill since they started trying to sell her business. The lady working…read morethere is absolutely rude, and very unprofessional, and seems shady in my opinion as she is too wrapped up in gossip and social life, and not her customers who need to ship things and then be on their way. You're better off to just take your packages directly to the UPS office located off Pioneer Way (East Idaho St., right on Union Pacific, right on Pioneer) rather than risking your package, and the delivery to this lady. Hopefully they sell soon and someone else takes over, but until this lady is gone, or no longer permitted to ship Packages, I'll be using FedEx or going out to the actual UPS place on the east end of town where they know what they are doing and can handle packages better (they end up there anyway).
