You're better off to just take your packages directly to the UPS office located off Pioneer Way (East Idaho St., right on Union Pacific, right on Pioneer) rather than risking your package, and the delivery to this lady. Hopefully they sell soon and someone else takes over, but until this lady is gone, or no longer permitted to ship Packages, I'll be using FedEx or going out to the actual UPS place on the east end of town where they know what they are doing and can handle packages better (they end up there anyway).
