Many…read moreemployees have looked at it since last July, taken pictures and determined that the product was poor and application was even worse, but nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Promises have been made but phone calls have not been returned and now after a year, they are blaming the weather for the look of my driveway. It looks horrible and has made my driveway look worse than if I had left it as it was.

I found everyone from the initial call, to the estimate, through completion of the job to be polite and very professional. They wanted to know exactly what I was looking for in a system and came up with solutions to meet and exceed all of my expectations. The temperature has been in the mid to high 90's since the installation and now I don't have to worry about my 92 year old mother getting overheated! Not looking forward to the snow and cold, however I am confident that the heating system will perform to our satisfaction!

When a needed truck could not be found locally, they gathered all my information and preferences and made phone calls until I had exactly what I wanted. I will need one more truck to finish my move and there is no doubt I will arrange for it through this location.

I am in the process of buying a home. My realtor sent me over to use this inspection company as the…read moreone she normally uses wasn't available. They did the inspection and I got the report quite quickly. The quality was terrible and the service they did was mediocre. The messages received on the report stated they could only check 10% of the attic and never stated why. They also couldn't check the chimney because there was a few screws on a gate in front of the chimney that they didn't want to take off to check. They never went on the roof to check that the chimney was unobstructed with no creosote in it. Along with all of that, I received these photos to make my very important decision to buy a home with. When I emailed them to say I was very unhappy with the blurry photos and the ones with glare and that the report was not a thorough one. The owner sent back that the photos looked fine on her side. A few hours later I received another email saying after further review the photos didn't look great and she proceeded to send me a new report. Well the new report was the same exact report as the first one. I'd definitely not recommend this company for anything Update: it has been rectified and they sent updated photos and explained that they can't remove the blurry photos from the old report per Nevada law so they updated the new report but it has blurry and clear photos in it.
