There is a shopping parking lot on Valley, where you can enter this US Post Office location from the back. Also there is a ramp if you need at the back. Heads up - This location is a small office with only one clerk on-site. Depending on the day, there could be a wait - but not due to inefficiency of the clerk(s), but the line based on how many customers are there.
