Second time visiting today, and still waiting for a person to help me just pick up some gosh darn mail box keys. Been waiting over 15 minutes so far, with a line out the door while only one lady is taking customers. When I first arrived the second time, they had four people manning the front. Magically they've all disappeared to the back. Chaotic and extremely curt service. I don't expect perfection but there are loads of improvements needed in training and hiring more personnel for this high traffic post office. I'm sure it's not the employees fault since they're just government workers but I would recommend going to another post office if you can (e colonial one had been fairly efficient and far less busy). read more

Pink hair lady is so rude and will cut you off when you talk, call other customers to the same booth while you're talking and make it an awkward situation for customers forced to be in each others personal space. I made an appointment for 1:30pm for a new passport. I arrived at 1:28pm and was asked to wait in the back. I was told "when she gets back I will let her know you are here". 12 minutes later, still waiting. Thankfully I already had my paper work completed. I am Then the front attendant walked to the back and I heard "oh she's here? but she just here right?" I am pretty sure they have an appointment list. Why the surprise I was there on time? Excellent~this is a very friendly and interpersonal Postoffice. The employees are extremely helpful. I was able to call when they opened and immediately speak to a "human being" for help after realizing I had not stamped letters that I had dropped into the inside mailbox after normal business hours. This Postoffice, is open 24 hours for access to your PO Box if you have one which is very convenient.. I could not be more pleased and grateful especially to "Kathleen", but also to the other two people I spoke to as well. read more

The UPS ladies are so fucking rude man. I go to drop off a box that already has a prepaid label, but my car is in the shop right now so I didn't feel like going to UPS just to drop this off so I asked for her to make a new label. She's like this is not for usps and I'm like "oh well can you just make a new label and I'll pay for it" and she goes "no it has to have your address on it and I said it does have my address on it " and she said "no it doesn't have the other person's address on it" and I said "that's my address right there. " Even if my address wasn't on there, you could ask me for my address so you could send the package.And she finally wrote up the return label but oh my God they were so rude and then another usps lady was asking if this lady was deaf because she didn't hear her at first. It's just unbelievable. We are paying to use your services and this is how you treat clients. I know someone's gonna say well they get treated horribly and no wonder they act that way. 5 stars for a top notch post office that does it all. I've been to this location multiple times in the 7 months I've lived here to do a multitude of things and have always had a very positive experience (which has not been the case for me at other USPS locations in years past). I've used this facility to apply for a passport, ship packages, drop off mail, buy stamps, etc. The most involved visit was when I applied for a passport a few weeks ago. I set up an appointment online & was able to get in the next day. Major shoutout to Frank for being super efficient and helpful in walking me through a somewhat complicated process and having fun while doing it. When I've popped in to ship packages I've never had to wait in line very long - all of the people that work here are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They have boxes/shipping supplies and a free tape dispenser if you need to tape your own box up. They also have a huge selection of greeting cards if you need a last minute card to throw in with a package. Overall an awesome location and great people that work here! read more

Review # 906. I visited this Post Office during the Christmas season to mail out some Christmas cards. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in, they had three of the four stations open and taking care of customers. The post office, in the past, has gotten a bad reputation for the lack of customer service. But that seems to have changed. There was two people in front of me in line when I arrived, when It came to be my turn, the lady behind the counter was very friendly, and very attentive. It looks like she may not have been feeling well because she was wearing one of those paper masks across her mouth. I sincerely appreciate her concern when coming in contact with the public. I purchased my two books of Christmas stamps, and mailed my cards out. Overall a very pleasant experience, something that is starting to happen more often at the United States Post Office. read more

Closest location to our house, this spot services the Sodo area. Luckily they have a 24/7 self service kiosk, so you can go anytime and not worry about not being able to ship a package. This is helpful for those of us who work a regular got workweek. The line moves pretty quickly here and staff is pretty much on par with what you'd expect. Not overly friendly, but not bad either. They keep things moving, so that's good enough for me. If your package is ready to go during regular hours, you can just drop it at the far end area, since the large drop box is closed when the staff is on sight. Never really made sense to me, but that's the way it is. Keep in mind you can but stamps from the kiosk if you don't wanna wait in line. After living in this area for a few years now and visiting this post office several times a week, I can honestly say this is the worst post office I've been to in Orlando. The line always moves slow, and the counter staff (at least everyone I've encountered) are all incredibly rude. If I bring in more than 2 packages to be scanned they always give me an attitude and tell me to either put the boxes in the communal bin or bring in a "manifest". I have to get a receipt from them that my packages have been scanned because there has been more than one instance where I've just dropped things off and the package does not get scanned in. I run an online business and that 's a priority for me. Also, I explain to them every time I go in that because I sell on so many different platforms that there's no way for me to create a manifest. I have spent an extensive amount of time looking into it and it's not feasible. Vivian especially loves to remind me of this every time I go. By the time they hassle me over a piece of paper, my 10 packages could be scanned and I could be out the door. Let me just add that the mail carriers that work here are amazing so I don't understand the stark difference between the two. I'll likely be back out of convenience. I get stressed out every time I stop in though. read more

Vivian is the most rude and unprofessional person I've seen in customer service in a long time. I watched her basically scold a young man for what seemed to be an error with paperwork. She didn't try to resolve this issue just sent him away and you could see the frustration on his face. Then she called another employee to deal with him referring to him as "this one" as if he wasn't standing in front of her. This post office is by far the worst I've encountered in the city. Their carriers lack of common sense is another thing but I'll stick to in office directly. The employees that work here are beyond rude and always have such a hold up when it comes to picking things up or going to get things done. I've called regarding a package being delivered here and no one apparently had any idea for the longest until it one day just got "found" by them. Not to mention, the several delivery drivers nearly causing countless amount of car accidents in the area by stopping in the middle of the road holding up traffic and " doing their jobs " by sitting in the front seat doing nothing. EVERY time I come in, even if only to drop a pre-printed postage package that requires no assistance, she always has something negative to say in her imperious tone. She talks to customers like they are either idiots or 5 year old naughty children. She is SO RUDE I don't understand how she is allowed to work a public service counter. It is like she is on a mission to make everyone feel as miserable as she does. I've never encountered anyone inside this post office, but the person who delivers our mail is terrible! EVERY SINGLE package I have ordered in the last 6 months has been delivered every where but my own house. It's been about 8-9 packages now. Our neighbors from up and down the road will have to walk our packages to us.. some of them never turn up. A mac book computer got delivered to the people that live next door to us, thank goodness we know who they are. I've called the post office several times, and the only answer I get is "Sorry, I'll talk to the post man." Nothing is ever resolved. My package is never found. read more
