This location is unfortunately the closest post office to my home. This was what I would call their "second chance," because I've had to walk out of here once before. After the employee (the same older male who didn't wait on me last time) finally finished with the customer he was helping when I arrived, a second customer approached with a small package. I don't know what the customer asked for, but there is not one thing a post office can do with a package that should take so long. I stood watching as the line grew all the way to the front door, no exaggeration. The employee was looking at his screen and occasionally typing for--I'm not kidding--between 5 and 10 minutes. My lunch hour ended while I was in line, and I gave it a few extra minutes, but he was still "assisting" that same customer, and finally, I had to leave. I had to drive to another post office, where the entire transaction took about a minute, and I was on my way back to my car.

I really like that it's small and never crowded, unlike the USPS on Centennial Blvd in Voorhees. Plus, the staff in Gibbsboro are always pleasant and you never feel rushed! IF you need all of the bells and whistles, go to the USPS in Voorhees, but if you just want to get in and out quickly to mail letters or a package, get stamps, or check your P.O. Box, this is where to go!

I was waiting for a package that I had purchased from eBay and USPS had messed up the delivery…read more They had delivered it to the wrong address claiming it has been delivered to the right address but when I had went all the way up there to tell them that I didn't receive my package. They said one of their mail carrier who were new didn't know what they were doing so they messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong address which they admitted so now they gotta send someone out to try and retrieve it but they never contacted me back after a few days when I went there. If you order anything from online, my best bet is to go pick it up from the store because you can't really trust postal service with delivering your stuff either. Very disappointing because I'm fighting trying to get my money back all because they had screwed up the delivery, never again. If I'm gonna buy something online. I need to make sure they're not delivering it.

However, every other USPS I've been too, they've never had a problem putting the label on the package for me. When I handed the package and label to the guy, he rolled his eyes and said "Ugh, yea. You gotta do that yourself" Asked for tape for the label and the guy pointed to the packing tape... to purchase for $3.99. I asked again to confirm that he wanted me to purchase the tape and he just said, "Yep". I asked to just use a couple of pieces of tape so I can get this ordeal over with. Guy just stared at me and didn't respond. So I just walked out. This location is a one minute drive from my house but I'd rather drive ten minutes out of my way than go here again.
