This location is unfortunately the closest post office to my home. This was what I would call their "second chance," because I've had to walk out of here once before. After the employee (the same older male who didn't wait on me last time) finally finished with the customer he was helping when I arrived, a second customer approached with a small package. I don't know what the customer asked for, but there is not one thing a post office can do with a package that should take so long. I stood watching as the line grew all the way to the front door, no exaggeration. The employee was looking at his screen and occasionally typing for--I'm not kidding--between 5 and 10 minutes. My lunch hour ended while I was in line, and I gave it a few extra minutes, but he was still "assisting" that same customer, and finally, I had to leave. I had to drive to another post office, where the entire transaction took about a minute, and I was on my way back to my car.

They said one of their mail carrier who were new didn't know what they were doing so they messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong address which they admitted so now they gotta send someone out to try and retrieve it but they never contacted me back after a few days when I went there. If you order anything from online, my best bet is to go pick it up from the store because you can't really trust postal service with delivering your stuff either. Very disappointing because I'm fighting trying to get my money back all because they had screwed up the delivery, never again. If I'm gonna buy something online. I need to make sure they're not delivering it.

She immediately became angry, yelled at me and stormed into the back while cursing at me & calling me names. When her manager came out, I was met with the same hostility. I had to ask them both to please stop yelling and speak calmly with me like adults. Lauren proceeded to mock me, make faces at me, call me a weirdo and made comments about my job not being as good as hers. Stephanie the manager asked Lauren to go into the back and to stop over a dozen times, but Lauren refused to listen to her manager and kept yelling. I felt very unsafe at this location and was simply giving an honest review of my interactions with Lauren. In the past, Lauren has trash talked other customers to me, calling them stupid, old, crazy and weird. Whenever you enter this post office Lauren is always on her phone and will make you wait until she's done texting to help you, and if she's not texting she has YouTube playing at a very high volume.
