Today however a new gentleman I've never seen, was working. I was waiting to be served with 2 large packages and he just sat there watching/listening to his sports channel. No greeting. No acknowledgement. No nothing. It was clear I was standing there with my packages and he ignored me. Very unprofessional and frustrating when this is the least busiest post office I have ever been to. One star off for his terrible customer service. Do your job or don't even bother coming in.

This post office is the bottom section of a house, so it doesn't look like the typical post office but dont let that fool you it's a neat post office! Not too busy, friendly staff, efficient service what's not to love? It's a smaller parking lot and the traffic on West Skippack Pike could be a pain if busy but all in all I'm glad I stopped by, it's a great post office!

I called the local West Chester office of JDog to get pricing and timing for some LONG overdue junk…read moreremoval from my basement. This was after I made a first call the same day to another well-known junk hauler. I have used both companies in the past. Both did a nice job for me. This time around I was in a hurry because I'd gotten some water in my basement after several days of strong thunderstorms. Nothing got damaged or wet in my unfinished basement as I keep everything in my basement either in plastic bins or on shelving units. But, it's a total pain in the [blank] to wet-vac the large floor as I've had two back surgeries in the past 3 years. And, timing was also important! I was having a basement water-proofing company come in Friday (today) to install a French Drain (a BIG job) so getting rid of all the extra basement "STUFF" I could toss before THEY arrived was very tight timing! JDogg gave me a very competitive quote, at least $150 less per volume (1/4 truck, 1/2 truck, etc.) then that of its well-known competitor! The guys, Cody and Jarvin (sp?) arrived right on time and hustled everything up and out of my basement and garage in record time! They had been here in the past and I recognized them. Good guys! :) After they left I went into my basement only to frustratingly discover one item I meant to have them remove but totally forgot to mention to them! Aaaargh! As they were about to close I quickly called their office and "Ashley" quickly acted to see if they were still in the area! They were and said not to worry, that they'd come back early next morning and retrieve the last item.."NO CHARGE!" :) "Joe" called me this morning and was in and out in a flash, removing the large final item quickly! Thanks Joe! Thanks Ashley! Thanks Cody and Jarvin! I highly recommend this company, a veteran-owned and run LOCAL business!
