I run an online business that ships out orders by 1st class letters DAILY. I have file MANY complaints through the USPS website, and the Post masters claim that they have marked my address for DAILY pickup even without incoming mail. Yet anytime the normal carrier is off, their substitute does NOT pick up the mail.

I needed to mail a check for deposit on our vacation house in a other state and it had to be there…read morein 2 days. I mailed the check in an envelope by prioity mail and paid extra for imsurance. The company never r3cieved the check. I filed a claim thru US Post office website, which was very NON user friendly, and took me 2 days to figure out. I had all my documents needed. Then The post office approved my claim but only reimbursed for half of my charges, of what I requested, ie $24.00. I also filed for the imsurance pilicy and got a letter stating I would received $15 and it was never mailed to me.
