These people have a really hard time! We moved 2 apartments down from where we were living and turned in our change of address. After we did this we stopped receiving mail. They were sending everything back to the senders! When we went to talk to them they had no idea where any of it was. I guess that wasn't good enough and he then asked to open the package to verify. His basis was that it is against federal law to ship a firearm, something I am very aware of. He didn't ask any other questions, just preceded to open my package. This may be policy but it is extremely off-putting. I stopped him and asked for my package back. Who knows what they do with the packages once they are dropped off. Taking my business elsewhere. Would recommend anyone who doesn't want their packages opened not to do business with them.
