He said, he's not sure if his 6pm is coming. I said I'll wait just to see what was really going on. They customers kept looking at me. As I waited several phone calls came in and he told each person come on in we have availability. There were a couple of walk ins he took also. I have never in my life been treated like that. I can't erase it from my mind. It was horrible. Needless to say I made him do my nails. Friends said they would have left but I didnt want to give him the satisfaction. His hairy fingers felt disgusting.

They have 16 stations and 12 pedi chairs, and while I always make a reservation I'm never left waiting. 2) Quality is beyond the standard. Rushing doesn't happen here even when it's busy. There's not someone else doing your nails in the middle of your pedicure to save time. The techs take their time, they're skilled, and every manicure gets a nice exfoliation in addition to moisturizer. 3) There's diversity. It's so pleasant to see a diverse group of artists in one space, from different ethnicities, male and female, young and old. I've never seen anything like it. I recommend making an appointment as a courtesy to their high demand, but if you're looking for an experience and not just a pretty set, this place won't disappoint.

I went today and it is located in a newly opened strip mall (it's quite small though) and the whole location is in front of a newly opened neighborhood. Super cute location and ample parking! I walked in and I was sat right away. The establishment is clean and the vibe is so friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was so thorough, she didn't try to upsell me (just asked if I wanted a mani because my nails did look rough lol) and took her time doing my gel pedi. She filed my nails till I was satisfied and gave me a hot stone massage (which comes standard with a pedicure!).
