He adjusted the screen door to glide as well as possibly, explaining that there was a small raised area in the slider frame that impeded the movement. They…read morecould have easily just replaced all five of the windows I originally wanted, but they showed me an issue with one that would require some other work be done as well so that I could take time to budget and plan, as well as a way to quick fix the other so I didn't have to replace it right then. For the three drafty windows that were replaced, the guys that came out showed up in time, did a great job installing and cleaned up everything afterwards. It's now about three degrees warmer in my living room and I no longer need to bundle up when sitting by the window. They erected scaffolding to access the area and carried heavy materials and equipment up ladders. Solutions had to be figured out on the fly as they encountered unexpected problems. They both maintained a cheery outlook and positive vibe throughout. We were so impressed, we contracted with them to replace five blown windows, all of which have metal grids. One of them is a large half-circle and all are quite high. They had the glass custom-made and got the job done in one day.
