I contacted ASQUETA Glass and spoke to a FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE lady who said that they could replace the mirror. I dropped the broken door off at their location in downtown Nampa and expected a few days to a week or more for the mirror to be replaced. I was happily surprised to get a call this morning telling me the door was ready for pickup, less than 24 hours after I left it. If you live in the area and need glass or mirrors, give Asqueta Glass a call, you'll be glad you did!

I contacted them regarding a number of items I needed repaired with glass. Someone came out within…read morea day or two and measured the items. Due to the weekend the glass was brought out that Monday. Unfortunately, the one glass piece was a little to large and needed to be shaved down. This was done overnight and the following day I had the glass fit nicely. Riley did a great job from start to finish! Very pleasant and accomodating. Thanks again Riley! Would recommend them. Also, Riley included some buttons to protect the glass should I place anything heavy on that item.

Didn't ship on time. Comes without instructions. WAY overpriced compared to pet store doors,…read morerequires customization by the installer. I placed my door order the second week of May 2026. Waited for shipping information to be provided, and then after almost two weeks of waiting, I called and asked about it, and was told that it had just shipped... I got it within 3 days after that. Funny how that works. These are advertised as "insulated" pet doors, but the insulation is nothing more than a thin (22G or 24G) piece of sheet metal that was pre formed to match the doors to fit inside the wall.... But I had to cut it to the correct thickness to fit my wall. Good thing I have metal cutting tools already I guess. It came with no installation instructions which may be an issue for most people when contemplating putting a hole through the exterior of their house. You'd think that they could at least include a template for cutting the metal, or even one for how large the hole in your house needs to be. I asked for instructions for install, and was provided a text response with what looked to be a "voice to text" transcript on how to do it....really? For a product that I paid 400+ dollars, I was expecting real quality. The Customer Service certainly wasnt there, nor was the shipping, and the product its self isnt all that great comparatively when looking at doors that come from the pet stores.

I had to call twice to get the ball rolling but once scheduled, their communication was good and the technician showed up [today] on time to fix the issue. He adjusted the screen door to glide as well as possibly, explaining that there was a small raised area in the slider frame that impeded the movement. He also lubricated the runners of the heavy sliders to make them glide better as well. We appreciated his expertise and good work. Based on my experience, I recommend Valley Glass.

She showed us several options and gave us a price that included installation and warranty. Much to my surprise, the price was less than at a big box store for the same blinds. A few weeks later, I got the call to have the blinds installed. The company was SO helpful in scheduling this as we were not yet living in the house, and held the blinds for a few days until we could get there. The installer was clean, fast, efficient, and PRECISE in installing the blinds. We purchased black-out blinds for one room, and they are AMAZING. The other rooms have light filtering blinds that make the room look open and alive. We chose the top down bottom up blinds for all windows and were amazed at the options we had, EXTRAORDINARILY HAPPY!!! I recommend this local company without reservation
