Anyway, very confused I requested some sort of explanation- called the woman who answers the phone many times who was as confused as I was, extremely apologetic and knew *exactly* what to say to sound regretful, guaranteed someone would call me back... which never happened. I had to keep calling and calling, to which she would apologize profusely again in shock that no one ever got back to me. And yet, I NEVER got any sort of explanation of what happened after many guarantees that "the owner would call me." So i wasted many weeks of time when this problem needed to be addressed and fixed quickly to avoid more mold from growing, in addition, most importantly, to the risk my family (including my newborn baby) was at by (reluctantly) letting this man into my house during the pandemic because I knew this needed to be dealt with in a timely fashion. If they came for the estimate and decided they couldn't do the job I expect a very prompt phone call.
