I was @ my neighbors home the other night. And he was having issues with his new 85" Sony TV. He called Urtech out of total frustration with Best Buy and a lead time of several weeks before they could come out to fix tv issue. He got in touch with Rythem@ Urtech and he said he could come over that evening. And it was already late evening on a Saturday i was stunned that anyone would come on that short notice. But within one hour Rythem arrived. My neighbor Jeff advised him that he also had a issue with his amp a HDMI input needed repair. Long story short he fixed the HDMI input connection and also Calibrated the new tv to the specs that Best Buy should have done when they delivered it. Now the HDMI INPUT needed soldering and filing to fix it no easy task. He also took a lot of time calibrating the tv to the point that it looked like a new picture clear crisp colors etc etc. This guy is the most honest person i have ever seen in my life time. Not to mention talented beyond belief in electronics field. He also only charged $40.00 dollars. Anyone else would have charged hundreds of dollars for all that he did and coming with short notice on a Saturday night late evening. He might seem a little unorthodox to most people but that is because he is one of those genius's that go unnoticed unless you have a first hand encounter with them in person. If you ever! need something fixed in the electronics field etc this is the guy that will bless you with his presence thats for sure. I brought my Samsung S-10 in because the sound was going out...Within 20 minutes, he had it fixed. The man is a mastermind with ANYTHING electronic. I was totally blown away by his incredible intelligence and down to earth demeanor. When I was conversing with him while he was fixing my phone, I learned quite a bit in that short time...And...then...the total price was INCREDIBLE!! So the man seriously knows what he is doing, plus he doesn't charge an arm and a leg...and make you sign a deal to give up your firstborn, He really seems to genuinely care. I bought a refurbished Xbox One X from gamestop. It never work out of the box. Had an error code, I think the hard drive was bad. Gamestop wouldn't take it back but I found small local business URTECH in St. George. Rythm quickly figured out what the problem was. It now works perfectly. I thought I was going to have to buy a new xbox but he saved me a lot of money and fixed my console within half hour. He is very knowledgeable, fair priced, and backs up his work. Fast service! He fixed the motherboard of my Ford E-350 dashboard. I was looking at a 7 to 10 day turnaround otherwise. But he was here in 45 minutes.
