They tend to divide products by cuisine which is quite helpful, and they certainly stock a really good range of the fundamentals of the cuisines, especially Korean ingredients which are a lot harder to come by. That means they stock gochugaru (chili powder) for making Kimchi for those of you venturing down that road! The service is always delivered with a helpful smile, which certainly doesn't hurt either.

Thai: They have a huge selection of Thai curry and soup spices in cans, small bags of paste, and as dried spices. I prefer the paste as it just makes less work for me (can just open can). Fresh Thai herbs in the back cold room like lemongrass and basil. Japanese: There is a shelf full of all the things you need to make sushi from the sushi rice, vinegar, nori wraps, wasabi paste, to the bamboo roller. Also some Japanese snacks like nori crackers. There is also boxes of Golden Curry cubes which are my favourite lazy/last minute cooking helpers. Chinese: They also have amazing amounts of Lee Kum Kee Chinese sauces. I really recommend the "black bean & garlic" sauce. It will totally elevate your chicken and vegetable stir fry so that it tastes like it came from a restaurant. The prices at the BaBaLi Asien Marked are a bit lower, but Thai Supermaked has larger selection. Korean: ok, I didn't actually see that much Korean stuff. Alarmingly, the staff seemed familiar with the thief/theft, even conversing with him in Roma, and appeared more upset with us for expressing our distress than with the situation itself. To make matters worse, the chef was confrontational and lacked empathy. If my customers were robbed in my establishment, I would be deeply embarrassed and would prioritize assisting them instead of responding aggressively. I was unable to pay for our meal because my device was taken, yet the restaurant insisted on charging us the full price, which we observed another patron pay. They did not contact the police or report the theft. Instead of providing assistance, we were asked to leave while the thief was allowed to walk away, despite three witnesses confirming he was the one responsible. Afterward, we approached the police, who informed us that such treatment of customers is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. I strongly advise potential diners to reconsider their choice of restaurant. While the food may be enjoyable, the treatment of customers left much to be desired.
