Keep in mind when you read these reviews that Star Buildings covers several offices. I went to the…read moreone in Sulphur Springs, with Chad Jones. He was awesome all the way through. He got the garage up sooner than promised, and the crew showed up on time and got it up in one day! It looks amazing! We are pouring cement for the floor Monday and Chad is coming out to do a final inspection, make sure everything is solid. Star and Chad and his crew were all very professional, helpful, and the building looks great! We are making sure that it will withstand the winds and will be putting extra anchors into the new concrete floor. The barn review seems to be about a different office in Parker county and these should be separated by their locations as the owners and crews are all different.

We paid a deposit of over $800 in preparation to have a metal covering built over our camper where my husband lives in Cameron, LA on his work-weeks. We had a total loss of our camper when the tornados came through May 27th. Due to our losses we called to let them know we would no longer need their services and requested our down payment to be returned. That's been 2 months. We've made so many calls to them (specifically Lydia), we've lost count. We've been promised twice (by Lydia), that "the check is in the mail." Still nothing. It's sad that a business would take advantage of people in this manner. Steer clear!
