This was the worst treatment I have ever gotten in any medical setting. The doctor came into the…read moreroom, and didn't speak to me or look at me for more than 3 minutes. He didn't ask me any relative questions about my medical history, and I presented him with a problem that 3 other doctors couldn't solve and I had to fly home from China early to get medical treatment and he was the most incompetent Doctor I have ever met. He only asked me questions about drug use! I was shocked at the time, perhaps because my boyfriend and I are young people and my boyfriend has tattoos the doctor felt as though he didn't want to properly treat us! After the visit- which didn't help at all. I had to wait for results, one for a blood test and one for a skin sample. I had to call the doctor several times in order for them to get me the results which were all a week late or more! And when I called the nurse told me there was "something wrong with me, and my thyroid levels weren't right" but couldn't tell me specifics and sent me into a world of panic because I have had thyroid cancer. Upon another call demanding more answers- she explained that my TSH levels were practically nonexistent but everything else was fine. WELL if the doctor paid attention to anything I said or even read all the paper work I filled out he would know that that is because I had my thyroid fully removed and I'm now fully dependent on levothyroxine. So- now that that problem was resolved I still didn't have an answer on the initial problem. The doctor said that the blood test didn't give any answers so now we were waiting on the skin sample. I couldn't believe it when a month went by, I called and they said they were still waiting. I received a bill long before I received the results. And I had to leave the country again. So in Korea, I call the doctor one more time, and they did get the results and it was inconclusive. I AM BEYOND UPSET. I paid a bill for absolutely no answer, and weeks and weeks of worrying. Perhaps if the doctor read my chart, listened to what I said, or looked at my rash for more than a second I would have an explanation for why when I was in China I woke up covered in hives that spread on my body for weeks.

What I like about him is that he does not give you the bum's rush to get out. He will spend time with you, explaining in great detail whatever his findings are. His manner is gentle and reassuring. Wait time in the office is minimal, and the support staff is friendly and efficient.

Office has always been to busy so I haven't even met the doctor for my last procedure. Not that it matters. The capper was that they called me to schedule a follow up appointment. Which they then managed to set up in a clinic in Tom's River NJ. Uh. I live in Braselton. Kind of the last straw. They seem to be so busy buying clinics they have just become sort of In-and-Out steroid shot factory. Just a heads up. They just don't seem to be very careful anymore. I must say i am extremely pleased with the professionalism and the progress towards becoming pain free that I have experienced already by working with Justin at the hamilton mill location. In the original evaluation, Justin listened to my injury history and asked pertinent questions to uncover the underlying cause of my problem. I went into this believing i had a long standing herniated disc problem, but with careful diagnostic questioning and evaluating, he determined i may actually have a si joint dysfunction instead that radiates pain to my lower back. He and Matt are great- they are awesome at explaining why i am doing the different exercises and stretches. And when I leave in less pain than when I went in, I feel hopeful and happy to finally have a chance to become pain free through following the prescribed treatment.I can' t recommend them highly enough...if you have been living with low back pain for years like I have, consider getting a pt eval and give yourself a chance to become pain free. My only regret is that it didn't occur to me or my dr.'s :( sooner to refer me to pt!
