I started vaping in the summer of 2015, and at the time i wanted to get a vape so i stop in this shop and i bought a Snow Wolf 200 Watts mod box, Herakles tank, 2 Batteries, A battery charger And a CuttWood cereal flavor .3% nicotine all that came out to almost $400.00 I Became a great customer to this shop they will have everything i was looking for and i will past maybe 3 times a week and just chill with the staff. I never really go into smoke shops, this one caught my eye and I had the urge to go in and check it out- Kenny the manager hands down best customer service and is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the shop- he doesn't sell you things just to sell, he sells you what you need and exactly what you are looking for ,he's the true definition of customer service and knows all of his customers and remembers them. He sets the bar for what customer service should be. Alex is also very sweet and friendly has good energy and knows her products as well, between the both of them you will get phenomenal customer service and honest opinions, they also sell products I didn't even know about, I'm a cigarette smoker and they have disposable vapes, there's 2 sizes and each give you a certain amount of puffs and a variety of flavors and worth the money . The prices are phenomenal. Cleanliness is a 10 , I've never walked into such a clean store, they sell essential oils, Incense , room spray . Car spray, so much more then u think a smoke shop would sell . I wish I could give it more stars . This is the only smoke shop I would ever go to. Dude what an absolutely amazing first experience ordering from this smoke shop. I'm from nyc and couldn't find anywhere to order tobacco products that offered such a bomb selection plus FREE SHIPPING! I opted to pay like $2 for two day shipping which is unheard of. Super disappointed in the quality of bongs sold here. I purchased a small moderately priced ($50) bong and used it twice and it broke. After calling the location and speaking with a manager I was told they can't do anything about it except offer me a discount and make me spend more money on something that would probably break again. I could understand if I was someone that was just beginning to use a bong or someone that had no idea how to properly use a bong, but this is super upsetting. This bong doesn't even let me switch out the piece since it is " suppose to be securely attached inside" and it breaking after only 2 uses. The piece that broke isn't even something that can be handled since it is in closed in the glass. Situations like this should definitely have different procedures on how it should be handled. Not oh sorry not sure what's broken or how it broke but you can basically come in and spend more money after you don't trust our products. Won't be returning to this place again. And word of advice if your looking to purchase any kind of glass don't go here. If anything breaks and it's clearly a defected product they will not exchange it. read more

I drove out of my way to check out this place. I was unimpressed at first. There glass selection was pretty small. I did buy a ti nail from them. I ask for a 14mm but the guy working there couldot ntell the difference between an 18mm and 14mm. I am new to nails and could not tell the difference but the staff should know their products. I was able to come back and switch the nails for a 14mm but when i got home it still didn't fit my piece correctly. read more
