We started working with Gregg with the intention of buying a home and moving to the area. Gregg spent days looking at properties with us. We left without a clear plan, but Gregg kept looking, sending us spot-on listings while we carefully considered our near and long term plans. In the end, we decided to invest in a rental property and to put a pin in our plan to buy and move to the area. Gregg graciously shifted gears, turning his focus to a very different segment of the market. He expertly led us through the acquisition process on an investment property, educating us along the way. Gregg is the consummate professional: smart, hard-working, highly communicative, service driven, and thoughtful in every way. We were blown away by his client focus as well as the depth of his knowledge of the market. The breadth of his professional network is also impressive. We needed to find additional professional services providers in the area and Gregg knew just who to call. We couldn't be happier with the service we received or the final result of all Gregg's hard work. He's a pro! We recommend Gregg and (w)here Real Estate whole heartedly.

Everything seemed really great BEFORE I had tenants, there was lots of open communication, she explained everything. I felt like we were partners. But then as soon as I had people interested in the house, I had NO INFORMATION given to me about any of the financials. I was not privy to their lease agreement, the amount of the deposit, anything. I was also not given any information about when payments would be disbursed until I reached out and asked. This didn't feel like transparency. I was finally given my first payment 12 days after tenants moved into my house. I received a very small fraction of what they paid on move in. This was expected! Expensive, but expected. What was not expected was the re-key fee that Best Life charged me. I left complete sets of keys, there was no need to charge me the rekey. This shouldn't have been a big deal, but I received nothing but defensive communication in response. No apology. She offered to remove the fee but didn't apologize, when I explained why I was frustrated she FIRED ME. That was it. I would have loved for this to be a great experience with no hidden fees--this business advertises pricing transparency--but instead, on my very first disbursement there was a hidden fee. Disappointing to say the least. ALL I NEEDED WAS AN APOLOGY, INSTEAD SHE FIRED ME. I have no idea what will happen to my poor tenants.

Also my aging mom needed me to move in. I know if I could afford the renovations on the inside then I would have got more for my home. But I could not do them and it was time to go anyway.
