There was no emergency. He was an irresponsible driver that was driving with our even looking at the road. Make sure you never call this service. It's clearly a cut rate company with unskilled employees. When you company name is plastered all over a vehicle it's probably not the best idea to drive reckless and curse everyone out. Do not put a loved one in their vehicles. Something is not right

As you scroll down the home page, it lists upcoming shows out West and in November. The site even has a products page with drawings of "items for sale". If this is a legitimate business then the site needs to be redone and the company needs to get current with the annual registrations.

When I inquired why the first visit was a higher cost. I was told there was an $80 first customer visit fee. This is something I should've been made aware of on my first visit. If I was made aware of this, I could've easily gone to my primary physician and and could have avoided this cost. It is an unethical practice to not make a patient aware of this additional charge for a first time patient fee. It also makes no sense because I had to fill out the same amount of paperwork on both visits. Go to your primary physician if you can avoid using this company. I don't recommend them.

While I think being kind and well mannered is a huge plus, it is not the only thing required in service, especially when it comes to medical care. I just feel as though patients shouldn't leave the room feeling that any questions were left unanswered, let alone none at all.

Patrick was initially very accommodating on short notice and informed me he would make the pickup 1 hour before the appointment. He never showed. After several calls, he finally said the company that he contracts with didn't have a vehicle available to pick to my mother up. This was 10 minutes before the appointment. He knew this was a stat MRI and then offered to make the trip the following day, which was not feasible. I had to pay the fee up front, $160.00, which was done by him sending me an invoice by e-mail and me paying it by credit card through his online payment system. I asked for an immediate refund and he said he would make same. To date, 4/9/21, and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls, which now go unanswered and unreturned, the refund has not been made. We are in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company and have filed a BBB complaint.
