Because so many people are more than happy to share a bad experience, I try to be the exact opposite. When I receive normal to great service, I share it. If I receive not so great service, I go strait to management and let them know before ever leaving a bad review or even calling corporate. Most things can be resolved with a simple conversation. So, I shall tell you my experience. I drove up in the parking lot and it was dark. Not as lit up as I would like. But then again, I was not back home near Chicago. There had been such low crime in Hattiesburg til I felt no need to hold tight to my purse. :) The parking lot, thank goodness, was free of potholes! That in itself is a great asset. I would not want to drive such an expensive car and go to a place loaded with potholes! I would have to worry about damaging a tire or rim. It was very spacious and clean! Not a ton of buggies(shopping carts) all over the place. Upon walking in, the first thing I noticed was the set up. Very nice. Different than mine here at home, but just as clean. I then walked over to the Starbucks for a wonderful cup of Joe. The main reason I actually visited the store. I am a Red Card MasterCard holder, so why not take advantage of the 5% off?! The barista was extremely nice and patient. My husband took his dear time in choosing what he wanted. Which ended up being the same thing as me, just a Frappe. Lol. So... since I had some caffeine to make my brain work I realized we could do a Tiny bit of shopping. Believe me, coming "home" is always nice... but after a few days, even a trip to the store is a nice get-a-way. Ha ha. I ended up trying a few different items since the south has a whole different array of products the mid west does not. And I am delighted to report, they are fabulous! We used the self check out which was a breeze. No problems or issues. The Cartwheel app worked wonderfully and no glitches. The one thing you all could teach my store here is "Hospitality"! I think that comes with the territory though. The people here are nice enough, there's just nothing quite like home. Walking through the store when I couldn't use the map to locate an item the members were more than happy to give a little helping hand. Upon leaving we had an employee to make sure we had found everything we came for and I was happy to say, we did and at a great price and friendly service! Thank you so much for having such a wonderful clean store and awesome staff! You all truly made my trip an excellent one.

Target has a great variety in their selection of products, although they could do better with…read morefruit, both canned and fresh. They do not have any unnecessary extra security there. The security personnel that is in-store makes customers feel safe from harm. If customers miss scanning items or forget an item that's underneath the cart, they allow you to pay for the items, as you very much planned to do all along. It is very important to good customers to be able to pay and not to be falsely accused of stealing, if any items are missed during checkout. They do have friendly and helpful employees, but only sometimes, it's hard to find them on the floor. If the local store here can send out sale notifications as reminders, that would be great. Overall, their great treatment of us as customers with trust in a customer's intent to pay and purchase and being allowed to pay instead of giving false accusations, that would also fail to bring in money to the store, I know for sure that I will buy as much from Target stores as possible and recommend them to everyone all of the time, as long as they don't change!
