Looked at reverse mortgages and cash offers. I had a hard time getting a realtor because I guess I had a reputation for not going through with listing. Eric just relocated from Florida. He saw online I was inquiring about selling. He called me. We met and he listed my home for me. Just like that. It was time. It was a roller coaster of emotions for me. Eric answered every call, every text and listened to all of my concerns. Sometimes. Things just go exactly how the universe plans it. Thank you Eric!!!

If I could give Simply Vegas Real Estate negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the…read moreminimum required to warn others--so here it is. This is, without exaggeration, one of the most incompetent and unethical real estate experiences I've ever encountered. From start to finish, Simply Vegas demonstrated a stunning lack of professionalism, basic real estate knowledge, and any semblance of fiduciary responsibility to their buyer. Let's be very clear: they do not represent your best interests. They will say whatever is convenient, deflect responsibility when things go sideways, and prioritize their commission over your protection. Communication was unreliable, guidance was misleading, and when accountability was required, it vanished entirely. Instead of advocating for us, our agent actively created risk, confusion, and unnecessary exposure--the exact opposite of what a buyer's agent is legally and ethically obligated to do. We were left to untangle mistakes, chase answers, and protect ourselves in a transaction where professional oversight should have been automatic. This wasn't just poor service--it was reckless. Real estate transactions involve contracts, deadlines, disclosures, and serious financial consequences. Simply Vegas handled these responsibilities with alarming carelessness. If you are a buyer relying on them to guide you safely through a purchase, you are putting yourself in jeopardy. The overall operation feels shady, disorganized, and driven by self-interest, not client advocacy. There is a massive difference between salespeople and true professionals--Simply Vegas firmly falls into the former category. Do yourself a favor: do not learn this lesson the hard way like we did. There are competent, ethical brokerages in Las Vegas that actually understand their duties and take them seriously. Simply Vegas is not one of them. Buyers: steer clear. Protect your money. Protect your sanity. Take your business elsewhere!

My husband and I had lived out of state when we started to do business with Best Management. That did not hinder any type of encounter we had with them. Their communication is AMAZING! They are fair, straightforward, clear and knowledgeable! Which is a timesaver and lifesaver when your dealing with life decisions (like a move from out of state). We had to trust them on many issues and I never have I once questioned their integrity! They advocated for us and advised us when the information presented was fair (consistent with those in my family who has the same background in realty/property management). There was never a time where we were put off, ignored or forgotten. ALL agreed deadlines were met and follow-ups done! If we ever needed a return call, the return calls were prompt! Literally, they were there when ever we needed them! They also covered it all! From a home purchase to a rent back to assisting the previous home owner finding temporary living for his family till his new home was ready. Never once did I feel like a name on a contract with them, they are personal and tending. Even now, after several months closing of our home, I had needed a referral for house maintenance. I reached out and they gave me a referral. The referred company was out to my residence within two hours from my call. And they followed up to make sure I was happy with the referred company. Their reputation reaches far out into the community as nothing short of AMAZING! They will forever have our patronage! Take them and run, like we did!

I've got enough humanity to admit when I'm wrong and admit though. Sadly I'll be dealing a bit longer with her at the company that just acquired the properties and Angela. Angela is very passive aggressive. Just don't make her mad and you won't have any issues. Instead of giving you examples, I'll just say don't make her mad. Or she'll write an answer to this review with a bunch of excuses for her behavior. She doesn't care and doesn't need the renters, there is another one right behind us. The date I rented from Angela, inventory was still low and places were still overpriced. And remember, she works for the owners not the renters. If you need a answer and she gives (and landlord) gives you grief, there are enough public services around to answer those gestions. Get all the pictures, and receipts from anything you do so it does not come back to bite you in the butt.

We recently had to go through some major renovations for our property before putting it back up for rent. Eventhough there is a bit of a gap between tenants, Ferran has been more than helpful with us trying to get the property up to shape. It is definitely not the easiest task trying to handle this while physically living in another state, and he has always been consistently available with all our requests (large and small, non-urgent and time sensitive) - not to mention extremely knowledgeable with any questions or concerns we needed addressed concerning the property or potential tenants. It was almost like we were physically there handling it ourselves with how timely he was with his responses. The renovations were completed recently, and within days he already had tenants lined up for us to consider. We've had our share of pretty bad/shady experiences with previous property management companies, and surprisingly our faith is being restored by this partnership alone. It has been such a HUGE weight off our shoulders knowing we've been able to turn to Ferran without having to worry. We're excited to see his expertise at work once we have new tenants moved in. Some folks we know are on the market to purchase property in the area - so if they need a property manager, we're definitely slipping them his card.

While we were still trying to decide if Las Vegas would be our new home she took the time to meet with us, show us different neighborhoods, and answer our many questions about living in the area. Once the house we were selling in CA was under contract she jumped into action immediately helping us find the perfect house in our new community, communicating regularly with our CA real estate agent so that every step of the process was synced with the sale of our CA house, and using her connections with the mortgage and escrow companies to ensure every step went smoothly. With Diane's guidance we were able to find and close on a house, with an out of state sale involved, in only three weeks! We still can't believe how smooth the entire process was and give full credit to Diane's knowledge, connections, and determination that it would all work out. We highly recommend Diane for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Las Vegas area and look forward to working with her again in the future.
