He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. I actually found Shane through Yelp and am very happy that I made contact. I know who I'm going to the next time I have a real estate-related issue.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

Selling a home after a family member passes away is always going to be super stressful, but my…read moresituation was especially difficult because the home my late uncle owned in Vegas was co-owned by my ailing grandmother, and I was out of the state trying to manage her care. From the moment I reached out to him, Tony (and, later, his associate Rachael DiPietro) made the homeselling process incredibly smooth, keeping me in the loop at each step of the way, instantly responding to every question I had, and making sure to look out for our family's best interests. After a couple phone calls, I met him in person when I flew in to Vegas to move some things out of the home, and he checked every box, just a genuinely smart, knowledgable person. He went above and beyond at every step, hiring the contractors to clean the home, handle landscaping, and photograph it for sale. He literally got on his hands and knees with a bottle of Goo Gone to remove a bunch of carpet tape marks left in the kitchen! Who does that?? As for the sale, we ended up with multiple bids right away and it closed above asking. Except for one notary signing, everything was handled remotely and digitally, which was exactly what we needed at this difficult time. I don't know how it could have gone any smoother. Incredibly impressed, I can't recommend him highly enough.

Throughout the entire process, she made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know she has many. One of the biggest surprises was when I ran into problems obtaining homeowners insurance through Travelers. Maryann immediately stepped in, recommended another insurance company, and helped me secure coverage that not only solved the problem but also saved me approximately $900 per year. She was always available whenever I texted or called, and whenever an issue arose, she addressed it immediately and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. That kind of responsiveness is rare. As a retired Human Resources Director, I've spent my career evaluating people and recognizing exceptional talent. When I find someone who is intelligent, highly competent, proactive, and truly gets things done, that's the kind of professional I want to work with. Maryann is exactly that person. I also want to recognize her broker, Craig Tann. He is fortunate to have Maryann on his team because she represents Huntington & Ellis with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Maryann to anyone buying or selling a home in Las Vegas.

They do not disclose that you're responsible for a percentage of of repairs you call on a house you're renting. Neighbors informed is how the house had been sitting vacant for years and how the previous occupants wrecked it before the current owner (who employed this PM) purchased it. They literally slapped lipstick on a pig not addressing and fixing some of the already underlying issues with a place that's been vacant and wrecked for some time. Communication is horrendous with this place. The person is incapable of picking of the telephone and calling you with some important/critical news/updates/issues but would rather communicate in an email and be quick to say "I sent an email out on _____" as a means to try and say she attempted and tried her best to get a hold of someone. To make matters worse, when you DO speak with her you feel belittled and spoken to in a condescending tone. NEWS FLASH: You're in the business of customer service, there is a level of respect, consideration, and professionalism you have to uphold. Never have we met someone immune to picking up a telephone to communicate with their tenets and unprofessional (in our eyes). We spent the first THREE months without a water heater in the dead of winter and were flooded with different technicians coming to "evaluate" the issue forcing us to take cold showers. It wasn't until we put pressure on the PM where she actually took some type of real action to get this resolved. Upon moving out we were overcharged for some issues (like a leaky irrigation system) for a home that IS NOT ours, AND that has had a KNOWN issue. This company is terrible and nickel and dimes consumers. (WHO CHARGES TO CLEAN STAINS FROM A GARAGE?! -- it's a garage that is outside and had dirt/grime already there!!!). Never have we dealt with such issues as we have while being here and with this PM. Steer clear and just keep scrolling if you see any properties listed by this business because the headaches you'll deal with during and after is not worth it. If you don't heed the warning of these reviews-- make sure you TAKE YOUR TIME and document EVERYTHING without the PM accompanying you in your walk through, did I mention SHE IS RIGHT THERE WITH YOU where you feel as though you can't take your time privately to inspect AFTER you've signed the lease and got keys, because trust me you'll get hit with "repairs" that you weren't even responsible for.
