I had two different experiences with two different stylists -- the mother and the daughter. I was unhappy with the way the daughter styled my hair previously, so I specifically scheduled an appointment with the mother two days in advance. Upon arriving, the mother told me she was too busy and asked why I hadn't made an appointment, despite the fact that I already had. There appeared to be no organized appointment system in place, and communication was very difficult due to the language barrier. What made the experience even more frustrating was that they allowed me to be shampooed before informing me that the mother would not be doing my hair. Once my hair was already washed and dried, the daughter stated she would not do my hair because I previously expressed dissatisfaction with her work. At that point, I was left with no stylist available to complete the service. To add salt to injury, I was charged for a service I would not have agreed to. The entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and extremely unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected honesty, communication, and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not receive that, and based on my experiences, I would not recommend this shop. Take your dollars elsewhere.
