Especially when you don't have a choice of technicians when you walk in. The acrylic and gel polish is always very lumpy with rough edges. Both times he did my nails he added decals or glitter without asking and then charged me extra. the second time I said know and he became agitated. I bumped a nail into his hand on accident and smudged my nail and he became so agitated that he slammed a nail file down on the table. I will unfortunately not be going back.
