The store and fitting rooms are not nearly as clean, nor as well organized, however the prices generally make up for that. Of note, the majority of what the outlet sells is a different label and product than the regular store, denoted by the numbers in the logo on the tag. A lot of clothing is specifically made for the outlet. There are, however, on occasion sales that make sorting through overstuffed, unorganized racks of clothing completely worthwhile, as you can pick up $100 shirts for $15! (This is a rare and special breed of sale!) You are best armed with your own knowledge heading in, such as the colours on the labels and which fits they denote, as the sales staff probably doesn't know the difference between the pink and the green labels, but they are entirely different fits. My opinion of this store is that it needs to be kept cleaner and better organized, in order to avoid tarnishing the Brooks Brothers brand. That said, I will continue to shop there, with the prices I have seen.

The women's section had ample stock of sizes and colors. Shirts were going for $30 to $9! Everything here is at least 30% off, plus there are other discounts on top of that. The men's section had every color of polo under the rainbow, along with some nice stripped ones, they were $45 at the most, some were an additional 50% off. There is also a dressier section for men that has slacks, ties, button up shirts. I went to the kids section at the back of the store to see what I could find for my niece. There was some super cute tiny swimsuits, they were $25. They had some very cute dresses and sweaters for girls that went up to $40. There was a great selection of boys clothes too. The staff here seemed willing to help. Although I'm not a fan of Tommy Hilfiger, this store is the place to go for discounted fashions from the designer! The average polo shirt that I looked at was $115 or more, I found button-ups for $225 and saw jackets for well over $300. I didn't bother looking at suits. Ed Williams also carries shoes, I saw a fedora and there's a section with casual wear (mostly targeted to slender men). Ron and Lowell were both especially helpful when my partner and I were in looking for wedding attire, and took the time to help us find a number of great options that fit our style and budget. Would definitely recommend for any suits, formal and business wear, these guys really know their stuff, and will treat you like a human being while they're at it!
