In a response to my negative review they wrote that I refused the " 100 dollars package" that would have unpacked and brought my couches in the house and took away packaging. That's a lie. I never heard of their 3 tiers of delivery. Last but not least, the delivery truck sat in my driveway for 15 minutes and left two rather large oil spills on my concrete pad. The manager told me they don't deal with that issue. Never again

Luckily, no one was hurt. At that time, I thought it was a random episode. And the store replaced the table. By the way, when their representative picked up the table, the second leg fell off. I enjoyed this replaced table for another 3 months. And guess what? This happened again - one of the legs came unglued and fell off. This is definitely not a random episode, but rather a manufacturing defect. I emailed them a complaint and received no response. After the reminder got the same result. I was then fortunate to reach out Daniel (owner) by phone and he promised to give feedback after discussing the case with manufacturer. Of course, he didn't forget to mention that this was the first time they had faced such a complaint about this "luxury" table. He even assumed that I could somehow use this table for more than just eating. It was the second half of October when I spoke with him. More than a month has passed since then, and there is no feedback. After the rare occasions when I managed to get through and talk to the store's employees, I was told that Daniel would call me back, but the result was the same - nothing. I strongly recommend not doing business with them and buying anything from them due to terrible quality, worse client service, and potentially dangerous products. They are interested in you until you buy something. But if you have problems with their furniture, they will ignore you.

I wouldve gone and goteen my money back but its quite difficult without a car. When they finally did get the mattress in stock they did NOT call me. I called them and they told me i would have to pay even more money for delivery. Even though it was supposed to arrive with our other furniture on move in day. They NEVER call back when they say they will. Like i said, worst customer service. The prices are not worth the struggle. Make sure they have what you want in stock.

I did pull into the 1 car parking lot making my car #2 at 3pm in the after noon on a Thursday for the lady SWEEPING salt off the entrence for her to have something to do with her paid hour of work. She informed me that I could not park there not even know what kind of arenas I had to run let alone what order I was going to do them in. Either way I obliged to her you can't just park there. yes your right. I can absolutely make my purchase before I go somewheres else. parking lot is absolutely empty and I even parked out of the way beside the car that was across the parking lot from the door entrance. After making a 10 dollar purchase this lady still insisted I could not leave my car on the EMPTY parking lot. Leaving me to say to the manager we can consider this 10 dollar purchase I I just made my parking fee or I can return this and go park my car somewhere else you are now arguing with a customer.. his response was that's my call. ok I'm not a paying customer and your still threading to tow my car? yes I understand you do not park at another place of business and just walk away I however need water softener salt which made that the perfect location to park my car and run the Arends I needs to run. it's 310 they close at 5 on a -23 winter day. This is one of those stores struggling to exist against the huge corporate stores of International…read moresize and/or Canadian corporate monopolies. This store had "everything" you could imagine and stocked here and there, up and down different isle. One of the odder purchases was flame coloring packets, which we thought was a dud because it didn't produce a rainbow of colors as suggested...and then 10 minutes after putting it in, the flames danced a blue and green. Would definitely stop back in to help this mom & pop type of business with everything.

No bitterness (I drink it straight, so I'd know) no bad after taste. Nothing but the sound of angels singing. I'm here all week and see no reason to try for better. The only better coffee is my wife's. you decide on my objectivity!
