While a brief stop, I was drawn in by the statues and decorations outside. Once inside the workers greet you with a line pertaining to Uranus queuing up more childish giggles. I immediately had some fudge packed and picked up a few bags of the popcorn. Everything smelled amazing so there was no surprise when my treats tasted just as amazing. This place cracked us up! I stopped in here with 3 friends and we walked through all the different buildings and then into the main shop. So very much to see. I did not actually buy any fudge so I may have to make a return trip. I did buy some novelty items. I also got my fortune from the Zoltar machine, we all did! Everything in the store is a pun on Uranus. My friend said it would be a 13 year old boy's delight. I think she was right. This one was 8 hours away from me as I went to Joplin, MO for an art retreat but there is one an hour from my house that I have never stopped at. I will have to check it out to compare them. Everything about this place is FUN! I was on a road trip home from an art retreat with friends. We laughed so hard and took so many photos! Lots of fun service employees, lots of candy and fudge To choose from. I bought some stocking stuffers for Christmas, Some items were a little high in cost but not everything. The perfect road trip stopping spot. The fudge was $19.99 per pound. The salt water taffy was $9.99 per pound. The service was fast and friendly. My wife and I decided to split a pound of fudge and it was some of the best fudge we have had. I then got a pound of assorted salt water taffy and it was delicious too.
