This place cracked us up! I stopped in here with 3 friends and we walked through all the different buildings and then into the main shop. So very much to see. I did not actually buy any fudge so I may have to make a return trip. I did buy some novelty items. I also got my fortune from the Zoltar machine, we all did! Everything in the store is a pun on Uranus. My friend said it would be a 13 year old boy's delight. I think she was right. This one was 8 hours away from me as I went to Joplin, MO for an art retreat but there is one an hour from my house that I have never stopped at. I will have to check it out to compare them. Definitely worth stopping at.

Zoltar from the movie Big. Yes, you can get your fortune card.

Everything about this place is FUN! I was on a road trip home from an art retreat with friends. We laughed so hard and took so many photos! Lots of fun service employees, lots of candy and fudge To choose from. I bought some stocking stuffers for Christmas, Some items were a little high in cost but not everything. Kids old enough to get the jokes would have a blast and want to spend a lot of mom and dad's money, so they need to save their allowance in advance or earn some from chores!

What an interesting experience. I'd been wanting to stop in to see what the hype is all about. Nothing to exciting. There are some things to look at and some photo ops and a store. The store holds some super oldies in candy and shirts and other items for purchase. The people at the register great you and also carry on at the register (kind of funny). Even the washroom walls are funny

Fun roadside attraction - saw the sign and had to stop. Fun, well done - punny music plays while you can explore gifts and sweets that poke fun at uranus.

A cute roadside attraction to stop at. I heard the word 'uranus' too many times! Lol The candy was great. They give you 2 free full size samples. I had turtles, chocolate caramel and strawberry lemonade candies. Lots of souvenirs, shirts, candles and wines. Small but clean bathrooms. I'd stop by again for the candy.

If you never been to Uranus fudge factory. You definitely have to stop. This one has a sideshow a jail and museum general store. Ice cream. A playground. Just enjoy reading the T-shits and signs. Lots of candy and novelty gifts.

Uranus Fudge is a fun place to make a pit stop and of course, buy some fudge. Be prepared for a lot of Uranus jokes from the staff. The fudge is solid and they have plenty of other old fashion candies to pick from. If you're driving by it is worth a stop.

are you familiar with Uranus Missouri? loud, proud, and drawing a crowd it's home of the fudge factory and other various and sordid attractions of questionable taste and merit. if you've been living under a rock for the past century or so you have some catch-upping to do because it is THE purpose built tourist attraction of yesterday for tomorrow!! an homage to all those that came before and the high water mark for any that come after. general store featuring candies and namesake fudge (which is actually really good) ice creams, and an ever growing list of bonus attractions including mini golf and an historical fort complex but no actual luncheon counter. sad face :-( it's like Wall Drug in South Dakota with 2000x more butt jokes... 'nuf sed

What a fun little experience! Came w my family and went to the fudge shop! So many cool shirts, gifts, and funny finds! So many photo ops, the fee for the museum is $6 per adult! Parking is free. And the staff's attitudes and personalities are epicccc, they'll forsure make you laugh out LOUD!

Interesting pit stop near Fort Leonard Wood. Came for my son's Army family day and graduation as we had time to kill. Had some good laughs at some of the items for sale in the store. Didn't try the fudge

Had a great time! Awesome road trip stop with a play park for the kids, ice cream, fudge, photo opportunities and unique gifts/souvenirs! Whole place reflected Classic Americana and great stop on any road trip to stretch the legs!

GREAT FUDGE & FUNNY T-SHIRTS =========================== They definitely milk the name Uranus and I bet they love seeing people blush each time they yell out, "Welcome to Uranus!". Good place to stop, get some sweet snacks and a laugh.

This place is freaking awesome. From the second I pulled into Uranus, the goofy Route 66 vibes hit hard. The staff greeted me with a big "Welcome to Uranus!" and the smell of fresh fudge pulled me straight to the counter. This is the perfect stop to stretch your legs on a long road trip--friendly staff, pun-laden merch, candies, quirky oddities, and tons of Uranus-themed souvenirs everywhere you look. I grabbed multiple flavors of fudge (all amazing) and left laughing at all the jokes, signs, and displays. There's truly something for everyone here, and don't miss the Guinness World Record largest belt buckle onsite. Great stop for laughs and sweet treats, and a memory you won't forget.

Great place, but it was not as advertised. Was expecting a lick of Uranus, not actual FUDGE.

Now the breakfast side has been nerfed into a bizarro-world Dunkin Donuts, only the drinks are made with the wrong mix levels and the inventory of hot breakfasts are incredibly lifeless, with no taste, much less spice at all...wrapped around some listless employees who might be obvious nepotism hires who got five stars for their indifference and lack of short term memory. Sounds like a death-knell, right? Not exactly. The place still has good workers on the retail store side and the homegrown chicken joint is still the original one for now, and their product is always selling out the door at this still-well-used fuel-n-food location. Add a star and a half if breakfast was no interest for you here, and remove the same if that's all you came here for aside from the fuel. You've been warned.

Having said that - the store had clean but small restrooms, the attached restaurant was packed at lunch time, so I assume it is good, and an ecletic collection of stuff to buy, including a broad selection of Missouri wines and Route 66 souvenirs. Note: Stuckeys has purchased some candy making capacity and is actually making it's own products as opposed to outsourcing the production which it had for several decades.
