I was extremely nervous but the esthetician had over 10 years of experience so I tried to relax and breathe. The room was FREEZING to the point of being unbearable considering you have to undress. When she did one arm it didn't feel too painful. There's always a little pain with laser hair removal. But when she did my second arm it was UNBEARABLE. I kept telling her it hurts way more than usual but she let me know that if my menstrual cycle was approaching then my skin was just more sensitive at this time. I kept telling her it was just way too bad. Yet, she kept pressuring me to continue. I told her I absolutely couldn't and had her stop the treatment. She called in another esthetician to make sure everything was okay. My arm felt like it was on FIRE. It hurt so bad I could barely breathe. They put aloe Vera on it and Millie (the new owner) apologized countless times. I didn't have to pay for the treatment. Also, Jenny was very kind and called and text me multiple times to check on me. When I got to the car the pain got significantly worse. I was with my husband so he went to Walgreens to get me some Tylenol. By the time he came out of Walgreens- my arm was starting to bruise and leave deep dark circles all over. It was soooooo painful!!!! So he took me to the emergency room.
