You can even use it to play a game or use targets to simulate holes from different golf courses. It doesn't record my longest shot distance when I played a simulated hole from a golf course. It would instead record the distance to the pin. The mats on the right or left side don't have these machines. This place is still busy as ever even on a weekday night. We were able to score a free basket by collecting points. It makes practicing so much more fun! I went through my basket quickly playing this, and it motivated me to get better. Now this game changer solidifies this place as my favourite driving range in the city. There is a putting area to practice and an area for without a pin for chipping perhaps. However, there's sometimes a class going on there. I've heard the owner can be pretty harsh, but I have yet to interact with him and have been here many times without hiccups. He has left us alone every time we came here to practice. This driving range and another near the airport are the only ones in the GTA that use these TopTracer machines so it'll get us coming back for sure.

The grass areas has been a bit dry so far this season and there are no tracer machines there. But it's available. They seem to take decent care of their mats and replace them fairly regularly. You still have access to an okay chipping and putting range. Line-ups haven't been too terrible compared to right after the pandemic. The kids working have always been great. Just avoid most of the older guys in the golf carts and you'll be fine.

I bombarded them with questions over email, they didn't leave a single one unanswered, they were quick to respond and very accommodating. The patience in answering multiple emails, questions and follow up questions is how I knew my experience here would be good. The good - The alcoholic drink options were okay, the variety wasn't large but the cocktails and mocktails were good. Food was good too. The karaoke was a bit confusing to navigate at first but we got the hang of it. There's something for everyone here and coming in a large group definitely made it worth it.

I thoroughly enjoyed all the days, sunsets & hours spent at the driving range practicing This place is just beautiful & so conveniently located close to home. Special shoutout to Sal for going through the extra trouble of locating a more suitable club for me when I wasn't really happy about the one they initially gave (& also bringing it right up to me at the range!) The driving range is pretty spacious & there are plenty (although it does get more crowded later on in the day). There are a few target practicing flags on the range as well. It's a quick golf course at a convenient location. Out of the few times I've played in the last year, we never were ever put with another group. It's a decent course made up of entirely Par 3's. However, you'll need all your clubs in this course especially if you're not a long-distance hitter. A couple of holes are questionably Par 4. Bonus: There is a netted area to drive your balls and also pitching and putting area for practice. For a noob like myself, this course can be a tad frustrating. There's such a narrow fairway with tall plant growth on the side right on the first hole. So if you're using the first hole to warm up and miss to the right, say bye-bye to your ball.

When you press the Smart Door Key button in the App, this location's door with unlock. You will hear a clicking sound. This location has limited parking spaces. The Scarborough location is similar to the North York location once you click the button. Many parking spaces. The Toronto West location's automatically opens the door. No need to manually open the door. Limited parking in front of store entrance but has supplementary spots around the Northeast side of the industrial building. The Scarborough location has all of its bays compatible for LH and RH players. This isn't the case in the previously mentioned locations. The North York location has a couple of bays that are completely open to each other. They are not private. However, their Pro level bay(Trackman) is very private with a door to keep noise from an adjacent bay from interfering with your activity. Each local has its washroom facilities. The Toronto West location has two washrooms. As a regular simulator consumer who has used a variety of different simulators(software packages), bay facilities and amenities, time of use options, price/per 60 minutes, tech support; I personally believe that the ownership/management have figured out how to bring in golfers to use these type of simulators with the greatest of ease. They even have an option when/if you get stuck in traffic and need an extra 15 minutes to get there. They simply bump your reserved time forward (if possible) so you don't lose the time. There is always someone to contact (either by phone/text) via the App as well as an intercom(formerly a phone) for additional support for the bay or software. Cameras are watching the bays for your assistance and security of the facility. They have associated themselves with a number of local CPGA Pros to help you with scheduling a lesson. If you are part of a group who are playing in a single bay, you can send a shared link to each member of the group so they can access the door once they download the App. Great idea too! This permits Tracer to know who is in the building and who has access to their facilities. Every person that I have met at the three locations seems to want to keep these facilities working as well as possible. I'm glad that the security cameras are there for our protection as well as maintaining a high level of quality of Tracer's services.
