Given I live out of state but wanted to use an Enid area florist, I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother from the Uptown Florist Bloomnation-associated website. The floral arrangement delivered to my mother looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered online: not even remotely close. While I understand a florist must sometimes make substitutions based on their current inventory, the arrangement was not at all similar. Furthermore, separate from its comparison to the website representation, the arrangement in and of itself wasn't even an aesthetically pleasing one. I ordered these for my son's banquet/prom the day before prom, and they were able and willing to help a mom out. Details (of her dress and his bowtie color) were given over the phone. The customer service on the phone and in person was great. The actual product was less than what was desired. I expected the product to be more voluminous and have more flowers but for $250 it was not worth the price. Also, the second vase looked more of a grocery store quality bouquet. read more

Absolutely beautiful. Spoke with Carolyn to place an order for my grandmother's funeral. My request was to include plenty of purple using premium flowers for a full casket spray and 2 complimentary standing sprays and let the designers do their thing. I have been ordering flowers from Uptown for many occasions. They never disappoint. Once I called late as they were closing, they delivered the perfect plant after hours on their way home. The flowers were beautiful and at a desent price!!! Just had a reason for after noon delivery and was shocked to get a call apx. 11am to ask if they could deliver....The girls recieving them werent even there! I called to get them later but not sure why I had to even do that as I was specific on delivery time! I will use them again, as they do GREAT work on arrangements I have done or send!! read more

I wanted a nice arrangement for a mom with a new baby, so I stopped by one day and I was told new fresh flowers would arrive the following day. Went in that next day, excited to see the offerings...and there were ZERO new or fresh flowers. It was imperative that I get something quickly at this point (I live in another state and had very limited time in Enid), so had to settle for an arrangement made from a pretty skimpy choice of old flowers. When it was delivered it looked kind of like a bunch of little wild flowers were just thrown together - no large blooms or theme to the messy bouquet. Also, I had asked for the arrangement to be low and wide, but no, it was in a tall vase. Grrr. I was very disappointed with the selection, quality, attractiveness and price ($69 total - delivery was $9 and a balloon $5). read more

Avoid being take advantage of during your time of Grief: We had fresh flowers sent from Hawaii (included flowers and all greenery) to Enid for our friends memorial. Our contact there in Enid, took the flowers to our deceased friends florist (UptownFlorist) to have arranged. We were aware that there would be a charge for arranging and placing in a galvanize vase, but were floored to learn of the charge of $110.00 as well as charged to our contact in Enid credit card without their knowledge. We contacted the owner (Dan) who stated that he could "justify all day the cost" which also included delivery (website quotes $6.95 for delivery). We are still reeling from the death of our friend and feel that we were taken advantage during our time of grief, and that he profited from the loss of our friend who was a loyal customer. read more

The absolute worst experience for my wedding day!!!!! We trusted after three Sperate visits my flowers would be put together correctly and delivered in a timely manor. Unfortunately the bouquets were not complete the way I discussed the three times I visited as well at the week of the wedding when I met with them to complete payment. The OWNER who said he delivered the flowers himself left all my flowers in a place where he assumed I would be, leaving word with a person in the kitchen of my venue which he did not get the name of in charge of informing the wedding party of where my flowers were. He also stated that I should have called to look for my flowers when we couldn't find them moments before my wedding. I specifically asked for greenery in my bouquet after providing a picture of the basic set up of the bouquet that was not done, I was given the excuse they did what the picture looked like, meaning they didn't listen to my wants the three times I visited them and still did what they wanted not what I asked for!!! He was rude and was not empathetic to the situation. My wedding took place without any bridal party flowers because this man assumed and did not contact anyone to confirm delivery or mention where the flowers were when he realize we were not where he assumed I would be, he was adamant that I should have call to look for my flowers. He just kept saying my concerns and complaints were not legitimate concerns and could not understand why I was upset!!!! He did not compensate me at all or apologize. To him I was just another check in his bank account!!!! BEWARE if you use this florist for your wedding!!!! read more
