Took a ring in to get fixed. Band was broke, separated at the thinnest part of the shank. Jay, the…read morejeweler look at my ring and stated that he would have to "beef up the Shank" in order to put it back together or it would continue to break. We agreed on a ballpark price of $149. Excited to pick up my ring to find out that he did nothing he said he was going to do. Instead he tried to sell me on replacing the shank which he stated he was going to fix. Over charged on the amount of gold used based on today's gold prices and overcharged for the lack of labor he provided in not doing the job we agreed upon n. In my opinion he is dishonest or has memory issues. Not happy at all will have to take it somewhere worse to have it properly fixed. Thanks for nothing Jay. Sure was not made to feel at home. Might take that part off your website.

This place is a joke. do not go here. anywhere but here. they do not uphold their return policy. I…read morebought a caliburn vape and some salt nic. i used it for 2 days and noticed it was leaving a bit of fluid in my lungs after I hit it. I've vaped before and never had this problem. Obviously, the vape wasn't atomizing the fluid completely. When I bought it the guy who rang me up said that if i had any problems they (the store) would cover return/exchange for 30 days after purchase date. i went back today to exchange -and pay the difference- on a new unit. however, today a different person was working. He said that there was nothing he could do because he "never heard of that problem before and I've been here for years" He was very rude. zero customer service skills. So, after about 10 minutes of going back and forth about the return policy. I convinced him to give me store credit towards a different brand of e-juice. As in his "expert" opinion there was nothing wrong with the vape itself it had to be the juice. So, I paid $12 outta pocket w store credit....and guess what?? The fluid is still being left behind in my lungs. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to do this every other day. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
