He helped us get settled and also helped with our many questions. He was professional, polite, caring and helpful. We had to stay at an apartment due to a family member being at St. Luke's hospital for a surgery. Adam was very flexible with our in and out dates. We were able to extend as we needed depending on our family member's medical needs. I would highly recommend Adam and his team at Nations Corporate Housing. I strongly feel that we had multiple options of furnished apartments that Adam could have leased to us. The one we chose fit our needs and our budget. If you are looking for short or long term housing in the Houston area (I'm not sure what other areas the company services) please consider looking up Nations Corporate Housing! You won't regret it!

In addition the agent kept being contentious and had to file a formal complaint with Katy police to have her stop harassing me trying to get me to be responsible for things beyond lease terms. Notified my employer as well to NEVER use this company for relocation it refer our staff to them. This is nothing more than a self serving at the expense of travelers to Texas. They should be ashamed to work with leasing solutions on westheimer in Houston. The owner lacks complete professionalism. I find it interesting how the leading agent wanted to take pictures of the home while I lived there for early showing to rent to others but yet upon move out the home was in such " a different condition". Karma and God will handle the nonsense and glad I moved out to not have to deal with such unstable reps. It's a shame the owner who resides in another country hasn't taken the time to truly see how they fail him. Almost two years and items needing attention as part of the home warranties were never followed up on by his rep even though I sent numerous emails and calls. Happy with my choice to move and close this chapter. Update: When corporate organizations attempt to intimidate through the " slander" approach not every law abiding citizen is scared. Furthermore pictures and receipts speak volumes along with testimonial evidence signed affidavits. All of which I currently have in my possession and will present as needed. Used this service after being displaced from Hurricane Harvey. Our home had over 2 feet of water…read moreinside and many belongings were lost. With limited options for temporary housing we used CHA. Stayed at Hughes Landing for over a month while our home was being fixed. On the last day of our term, I received emails from Judy Hoffman, operations manager with highlighted words asking for the keys/parking tags. Unsure of where to leave the keys during the evening after work, moving back into our recently damaged home, and trying to move our belongings from apartment to home, we decided to hold on to them until the next day. Over $4k spent with this company and they did not have the decency to pick up the phone and ask about our stay or situation. Instead, they took the time to harass me over the location of the keys, versus a simple phone call. Judy also took it upon herself to charge my credit card an additional $319 for "pet hair" after an initial pet deposit of $250. Almost $600 spent to keep my dog with us during a traumatic time for my family. I wouldn't recommend Judy or CHA to a single person after they treated us like cattle while the rest of the community try's to rebuild from such an awful event. Thanks for nothing.
