I wish I had the option to leave a 1,000 gold star review for W.A. Zimmer Company because I…read moredefinitely would! From the very first interaction (via phone with Elisha) I knew that my grandmother's awning was going to turn out spectacular. Elisha arranged for Adam to give us an estimate, and he was awesome! He evaluated the site, asked excellent questions of how it was to be used... he covered every detail with perfection! We placed the order on the spot. We were so pleased with our experience that we contacted the showroom again to purchase some patio furniture. Elisha helped us select the BEST furniture. Wow, we are amazed at the quality. They even arranged for the furniture to arrive with the awning (which was even ahead of schedule, which was a delight!). The day of installation was flawless. Aidan and Michael installed the retractable awning, Aidan explained all of the awning's features thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. We were excited to try it out!!! Chad delivered the furniture - we can't thank him enough. W.A. Zimmer is outstanding. Truly, truly outstanding. If you want A++ service, A++ product, A++ warranty please contact them. Thank you W.A. Zimmer team. You are the best of the best. My grandmother is over the moon thrilled!!! *Update: A horrible storm blew our awning back. W.A. Zimmer sent a team member right away to assess and before we knew it, it was repaired to PERFECTION! Thank you Megan for coordinating (front office extraordinaire!) and Jesse, Isaac, and Steve for installing it. Every step of the way was polished, professional and so kind! I was sent updates throughout the time work was being done and had a good experience in terms of swift communication. I was going to get multiple quotes but due to the lack of timely communication from other contractors I went with Heartland! The bathroom was tiled and grouted it turned out even and Symmetric. Very pleased with how it turned out There was an opening between the bedroom and bathroom left over from the removal of a small closet. The new wall installed was finished to match the texturing of our bedroom! Lastly, we needed a new doorway cut out in our bedroom wall for a closet. The doorway is very nicely finished, clearly he took time on the installation. My only complaint is there was no threshold installed but as it is a closet door that's not a big deal. The thing I am most pleased about is there was some pre existing drywall damage in the bathroom. It was near where the new wall way getting installed. The damage was a 3" gap along the wall and ceiling. To my surprise that got repaired courtesy of Heartland. I was not expecting this to get repaired as it was not there during the initial quoting process. While getting a little extra drywall repaired may seem like something to be shrugged off, I think it attests to the overall character, and work quality that that Heartland offers. I would definitely call him again should I need any more work done!
