They were very professional right from the first conversation, they had photo samples of their work, they had a clear and decent price structure. The final product was delivered on time and it was of superb quality looking exactly how I wished for the flowers to look like. I am very grateful to Mrs Sam for how well she supoorted me with all flower arrangements for my Big Day. Before contacting Flower Haven I had been in touch with an independent wedding florist who did not listen to my needs, the local West London florist who ignored me for 3 weeks, the online florist who increased the prices when I specified my needs. Thank you Flower Haven for doing such a great job for your local community. Mrs & Mr R Happy Newlyweds since the 16th of June 2018

Will never order here again

I literally LOVE this florist. The store and Louise. And it was stumbled upon accidentally in St…read moreAlbans. We got our wedding flowers from here in March and they exceeded my expectations (I have very high standards people). We met with Louise, who became our florist, and she got exactly what I wanted, straight up. She has a abundance of floral knowledge, she's JANE PACKER TRAINED and was willing to take my ideas on board, mixed with hers and hey presto...best wedding flowers ever. I wanted a vintagey, gardeny, quaint feel. I provided some birdcages, jugs and cake stands and mentioned colours and she did the rest. Hung the cages in trees etc Provided the EXACT shade of nude pink roses I was lusting after. I think I hugged her on wedding morning...may of scared her but was so impressed. And I hadn't even seen the gardens/reception barn/ceremony room yet! Sigh. Happy memories. The store itself is lovely. Sells lots of cool, vintage looking, shabby chic home-wares alongside her beautiful selection of flowers. Lots of unusual looking ones as well. This is a cut above the rest. Birthday/wedding/etc cards provide interest too. Everything is well priced. No complaints at all. Expecting hubbie to provide enormous Kendalls bouquet for Valentines.

DON'T USE THIS FLORIST !!! POOR QUALITY OF FLOWERS ? APPALING SERVICES !!!…read moreThe Bouquet of flower received was smaller than the one ordered from the website, flowers were similar and some flowers arrived in poor conditions. I called the Florist, Kevin, and said I would like to complaint about it, I took pictures form the day of arrival and 3 days later and sent to him. He called me back and said there was nothing wrong with it and I disagree and he called me "an asshole" !!!! Rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. I will take sure my Hackney friends will not buy there.

Stay far away from this company!! Appalling service with no reply on what was an absolute disgrace…read moreof a flower 'arrangement' that was delivered, if you can even call it that. Initial complaint that took 3 email chases for me to get a reply to: Extremely unhappy with order.. First off specified note to deliver sometime in morning, ended up getting a call at 10pm at night just as I was going to bed to say flowers are being delivered now. Delivered at 10pm on the day it was supposed to arrive? The day / celebration is long gone and over, surprise ruined. Also, I paid not only for deluxe, but the most premium (fullest version) of the flower arrangement, what I received was an 'arrangement' of half dead flowers that were so sparse it wouldn't even suffice for the normal version, much less the deluxe or premium! On top of it all, it was addressed to 'Mr.' Helen...Completely ruined the surprise and will be expecting a full refund! Do not recommend at all!! When company finally replied they completely absolved themselves of anything wrong, actually trying to say that it's my fault that the delivery was late for living far away and that the flowers were fresh when they had it and that it's not their problem they were wilted and dying by the time it was received! Absolute disgrace of a company the both of them, stay far away! *Pictures what I received vs what is advertised online. Not to mention I paid for the premium / large version, hate to think what the normal arrangement would look like

Firstly I would like to point out that the shop is first and foremost very clean and open with an inviting layout. Prices are reasonable for the area, and what is best is the longevity of the flowers, as I have bought flowers that have lasted for over 10 days coupled with the fact that the staff are very friendly and informative and would recommend the shop for all ones flower needs. The only issues I have found is the opening times which in my view are a little restrictive, especially on Sunday.
