I called because I was suddenly struck with excruciating leg pain that was so bad that it prevented me from sleeping through the night. This same hip had already gone through a replacement and was not an option for surgery. I felt helpless. They let you know what they are going to do for you before they begin the first adjustments, and they teach you a little bit about the spine and the ligaments that run along it (it's very educational).
