Toward the end of last year when we had to add our new baby boy to our health insurance, we went straight to Ray, knowing he would give us options with the best rates and coverage, and he indeed, delivered. If you're like us, you're probably paying for Homeowner's Insurance throughout the year via an additional amount on your mortgage, which is put into Escrow. Again, like us, you enjoy the convenience of allowing the mortgage company to pay the insurance from this Escrow account, so you don't have to think about yet another large bill (hello, property taxes) every year. If this sounds like you, CALL CAROLINA INSURANCE GROUP, because you're probably overpaying! We have the same coverage we've always had, but after asking Ray to price some Homeowner's Insurance for us, we're paying $800 LESS per year! We still don't have to worry about an extra bill, since it's built into our mortgage payment, but we're now paying less on that bill every month (without even refinancing)! You owe it to yourself and your family to make sure you're not overpaying on your insurance. Think about what you could do with that extra cash each month!

She is the hero that saved a family of 3 lives while walking her dog never contacted fire department. No contents paid and had to sell the only thing I had of value for 500$ for an attorney to avoid misdemeanor charges bc no money to clean damage from fire. Sister passed away one week after the fire, mother had a stroke paralyzed one side of her body. Agents antagonized the necessity to write down every item I owned. To this day it is a tragedy I haven't healed from. The agent suddenly stopped communication denying coverage. After all of this, I could not be covered by any homeowners insurance bc my home burned down by no fault of mine. I purchased this home at 19 years old. USDA RHD loan based upon my income. Payment was never to exceed 426.00 goes to 766.00. home goes into foreclosure. Not processing due to COVID-19 shut down according to agent in foreclosure department. I have not received any correspondence since COVID-19 shut down. Turns out I am still in foreclosure. My home was never inspected because of the COVID 19 shutdown. Only pictures were sent. It is 2024 and my home is crumbling. Unfinished floor, back mold, holes that you can internally see to the outside. Spider waterbug and cockroach infestation. I I've in fear always. Neighbor townhouse next door has a leaking roof along with years of deterioration. When I call Kristie Wilson at the ocal USDA SMITHFIELD NC OFFICE I get zero help other than I am in foreclosure. I mowed the grass at 27 s Sussex drive until I no longer had a mower. I knew the lady that lives there had an anurysm which left the home vacant. Almost 30 years later this home is vacant, my home fire, you can still see the soot on the roof. n When I needed help I had none. After COVID-19 shutdown everything has changed. USDA-RHD please stand by your original closing documents. I need to decide my vote in this 2024 election. There was a time when dealing with any kind of insurance company would generate feelings of dread…read moreand frustration, but that's until I signed up with Meg at State Farm Insurance. I've always been greeted with a welcoming environment without having to deal with someone who you could tell did not have an answer for you. I must admit, I was concerned when I couldn't just walk in the office as normal any more, but with all the questionable behavior coming from certain segments of society, now I appreciate the fact that the door is secure when I'm inside.   Now, I can't tell someone that if you visit Meg's State Farm location you will always get the lowest rates for insurance, and if you find something lower, remember you get what you paid for. On the other hand, what I can say is you will get the best insurance deal that will cover what you need if you visit Meg's location. So if you're shopping around and still haven't decided who you should consider next, check this place out. I strongly doubt that you will regret it.

I reached out to Meg personally 8 weeks ago with a time sensitive question...she replied that she is so busy that her time was precious. She would try and call me when she had a chance. We have no idea why she had choosen to act this way. Now after talking with corporate- MEG'S AGENCY HAS , PER CORPORATE- OUT AND OUT LIED TO US ABOUT OUR POLICY!!!!! My husband had an appointment for a phone conference and then received a call from Ann that she had accidentally double booked Meg and would call him to reschedule- that was a week ago. Have Meg or Ann called either of us....nope. Never had any issues when David ran this agency, he was always ready to help, at anytime. We had to finally reach out to David to say....hey, can you help us? I'm thinking its time to call the NC Insurance Commioner and report her, which I just finished doing! Trust your money to an agent that values their customers, not here!
